Charity Juggler® has been
developed by the Centre for Competitiveness
(CforC).
CforC is a private sector, independent, not-for-profit,
membership organisation endorsed by the Department of
Enterprise Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland.
It is funded by membership, sponsorship and the delivery
of specialised business improvement services. Members
of CforC are part of a network of leading organisations,
both locally and internationally, which for over 15 years
has a successful track record sharing best practice and
an exclusive range of business improvement tools and
techniques.
The questions and assessment in the Charity Juggler® are
based upon the most widely used business planning and
improvement tool throughout Europe, the EFQM Excellence
Model©. Charity Juggler® has grown out of practical
experience of working with charity organisations, both
small and large, and recognising the challenges that
face leaders and managers as they grow their organisations.
